River View Cabins is a secluded, hidden gem of a property located along the Ouachita River in Oden, Arkansas, and surrounded by the Ouachita National Forest. Every guest reservation made at River View is both important and special to us. We will do whatever we can to make your stay enjoyable and memorable.

DEPOSIT: At the time of booking, the first night plus tax is due as a deposit. Then the balance for reservation is due upon arrival and is non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS- There is a $30 cancellation fee for all cancellations. Holidays are NON-REFUNDABLE Deposits within 30 days of reservation. The $30 cancellation fee will be the only fee if you cancel more than two weeks (14 days) prior to your arrival date. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within two weeks (14 days) of your arrival date. Reservations canceled within 3 days before scheduled check-in will be responsible for paying full reservation amount. We will try our best to rebook the cabin and will refund you for the days we get rebooked if we are able.
