River View Cabins is a secluded, hidden gem of a property located along the Ouachita River in Oden, Arkansas, and surrounded by the Ouachita National Forest. Every guest reservation made at River View is both important and special to us. We will do whatever we can to make your stay enjoyable and memorable.

Holidays are NON-REFUNDABLE Deposits within 30 days of reservation.
2024 Solar Eclipse reservations are Non-REFUNDABLE deposits within 30 days and require full non-refundable reservation payment 14 days prior to reservation. Failure to pay in full will result in loss of deposit, cancellation notice, and the cabin will be re-booked.
Cancellations- There is a $30 cancellation fee for all cancellations. This will be the only fee if you cancel more than two weeks (14 days) prior to your arrival date. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within two weeks (14 days) of your arrival date. Reservations canceled within 3 days before scheduled check-in will be responsible for paying full reservation amount. We will try our best to rebook the cabin and will refund you for the days we get rebooked if we are able.
At the time of booking, the first night plus tax is due as a deposit. The remaining balance for reservation is then due upon arrival and is non-refundable.
Please read your confirmation to make sure all your information and your days reserved are correct; if not please notify us as soon as possible for any corrections that need to be made.
